小徑；步道；路徑
供人步行而形成或鋪設的窄路，通常比道路小，常見於公園、校園、花園或鄉間。
用法：常與介系詞 along、down、on、through 搭配。
We followed the path through the park to get to the library.

Please stay on the path and do not step on the flowers.

方向；途徑；發展道路
為了達成某個目標、建立職涯或處理事情而選擇的方向與做法。

行進路線；移動軌跡
人、車輛、物體或自然現象在移動時所經過或預計經過的路線。
用法：常用 in the path of 表示「在……行進路線上」；也常搭配 cross、block、change。
The weather report said the typhoon's path might move closer to the south of Taiwan.
氣象報告說，颱風的路徑可能會更靠近台灣南部。
Do not stand in the path of the closing doors on the MRT.
不要站在捷運車門關閉的行進路線上。
4.
電腦檔案路徑
在電腦系統中，用來指出某個檔案、資料夾或位置所在處的一連串資料夾名稱與位置資訊。
用法：常搭配 file、folder、directory、absolute、relative；通常說 the path to a file。
Copy the file path before you send the file to your teacher.
把檔案路徑複製下來，再把檔案寄給老師。
The program could not find the file because the path was wrong.
