用法：常見句型為「幫某人做某事」。後面可接原形動詞，也可接帶有不定詞記號的動詞，兩者都正確。

用法：常接「幫助某人做某事」或「有助於某事」的結構。

4.
忍不住，無法避免
用於否定形式，表示即使想克制，也無法不做某件事。
用法：通常說「無法忍住做某事」，不可在此用法後直接接原形動詞。
She asks for help because she worries about her test.
她因為擔心她的測驗而尋求幫助。
I couldn't help laughing when my little cousin copied the cat's sound.
我表弟模仿貓叫時，我忍不住笑了。
5.
請自取，隨意享用
用於邀請他人自行拿取食物、飲料或其他可分享的東西。
用法：後面通常接表示食物、飲料或物品的名詞，並搭配表示「取用」的介系詞。
Please help yourself to some fruit after dinner.
晚餐後請隨意享用一些水果。
There are more chairs by the door, so help yourself.

有用的人或事物
指對完成某事很有用、能減輕負擔的人或事物。
用法：此義可數，常見於「是很大的幫助」或「會很有幫助」等句型。
