研究物質的組成、性質、結構，以及物質如何互相反應與改變的科學。
用法：說「讀化學」可用 study chemistry；說「上化學課」可用 have chemistry 或 take chemistry。通常不說 a chemistry，除非指某一種特定的化學成分、反應特性或化學體系。
We have chemistry class twice a week, and we usually do tests in the classroom.
